Orders are generally dispatched within three working days and we usually send items via Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide. All items are trackable and require a signature on delivery. Items are packed very securely for shipping. For UK deliveries, larger or more fragile items are delivered by an independent courier and may have a longer delivery time. All items we have for sale are either new, vintage or antique and may show some signs of cosmetic wear and patina. If the item is aged then it is this that makes each piece unique and desirable. We provide a detailed description and condition report on each item along with photographs for reference prior to purchase. We are happy to provide further details if requested. We want you to buy with confidence and be satisfied with your purchase, so we would encourage you to contact us for further details prior to purchase. You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt of your item in the case where we have delivered the item to you. You must notify us via email of your wish to return an item at info@thecarocollection.co.uk within 14 days.

Customers are responsible for organising the return of goods and for paying delivery costs. We would recommend you arrange insurance in case of loss or damage in return carriage, as we cannot be held responsible. Once the item is returned to us and we are satisfied that it is in the same condition as it left us, we will confirm receipt and refund you within 14 working days. Items returned not in the original condition will not be refunded. Please note that the original delivery costs will not be refunded.
